Mini Review

A smart summary of the Walton Olvio L52

Advantages

  • Retains the beloved 3.5mm audio jack
  • Offers decent overall value

Disadvantages

  • No 5G support
  • Lacks modern 5G connectivity
  • Uses an IPS LCD instead of AMOLED
  • Display contrast could be better

In the budget-friendly segment, the Walton Olvio L52 aims to offer solid performance without a hefty price tag. At BDT. 990, it is an excellent option for students.

The camera setup is adequate for casual photography. In good lighting, you can get nice shots. However, in low light, noise creeps in, which is typical for this price.

Battery anxiety is a thing of the past with the cell packed inside. It offers phenomenal screen-on time. When you finally need a top-up, the brick fills it up reasonably fast.

On the front, we are greeted by a LCD panel. While it isn't AMOLED, the brightness is decent. For social media, the screen does a reliable job.

Let's talk about performance. The and combo provides a fluid user experience. Scrolling social media feels responsive. It hits the sweet spot between efficiency and power.

The Walton Olvio L52 is a prime example of Walton's engineering. While it has some compromises, but for BDT. 990, it brings a lot to the table. It gets a thumbs up from us.
