Intellectual Property Notice
All content published on GSMSea.com, including but not limited to written reviews, laboratory test results, battery matrices, thermal imaging captures, and photographic assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of GSMSea and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction of our content damages our ability to fund independent technical journalism.
Standard Quoting Guidelines
We encourage journalists, bloggers, and academics to reference our empirical test data and reviews to support their own original reporting. When quoting GSMSea, you must adhere to the following conditions:
- Word Limit: You may quote a maximum of 75 words or two contiguous paragraphs from any single article.
- Attribution: You must explicitly cite "GSMSea" or "GSMSea.com" as the source in the text immediately surrounding the quote.
- Backlinking: You must provide a direct, do-follow hyperlink back to the specific URL of the original article on GSMSea. Linking only to our homepage is insufficient.
- Context Preservation: Quotes must not be altered in a way that changes their original technical meaning or editorial intent.
Data and Chart Reproduction
Our battery test matrices, color accuracy charts, and device comparison tables are the result of hundreds of laboratory hours. You may embed or screenshot a single chart per article, provided you maintain an un-cropped GSMSea watermark and provide a direct backlink to the source page.
Prohibited Uses
Without written contractual permission, you may strictly NOT:
- Automate the scraping of our device specifications database for use in your own application or website. (See Database Licensing for commercial API access).
- Republish an entire review or news article, even if translated into a different language.
- Use our written content, test data, or images in promotional materials, press releases, or marketing campaigns for physical hardware without explicit commercial syndication rights.
