Mini Review
A smart summary of the Oppo Band Style
Advantages
- Offers decent overall value
Disadvantages
- No 5G support
- Lacks modern 5G connectivity
- Uses an IPS LCD instead of AMOLED
In the budget-friendly segment, the Oppo Band Style aims to offer reliable features without a hefty price tag. At BDT. 3,000, it is an accessible choice for tight budgets.
On the front, we are greeted by a LCD panel. While it lacks the deep blacks of OLED, the brightness is surprisingly good. For casual browsing, the screen does a commendable job.
Battery anxiety is a thing of the past with the cell packed inside. It offers phenomenal screen-on time. When you finally need a top-up, the brick fills it up reasonably fast.
The camera setup is adequate for casual photography. In good lighting, you can get nice shots. However, as soon as the sun goes down, details become soft, which is typical for this price.
The and combo provides a fluid user experience. Opening apps feels responsive. It strikes a good balance between efficiency and power.
The Oppo Band Style is a prime example of Oppo's engineering. Sure, it isn't perfect, but for BDT. 3,000, it is hard to beat. It gets a thumbs up from us.
